Charity Work
At Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Palmetto, we believe that what makes a great home is a great community. Giving back to our local community is at the heart of our company’s mission. From rebuilding homes with Habitat for Humanity, to building swing sets for children living with a terminal diagnosis, to volunteering to clean up our local beaches, we try to do our part to give back to the community we live in and love.

BHGRE Palmetto supports the idea everyone needs an amazing headshot! Quarterly the brokerage provides the opportunity for agents to enjoy a social atmosphere while getting their professional lifestyle headshot.
Agent Socials
We gather for work but we also come together for play! Getting to know each other on a personal level is a huge part of being an agent at BHGRE Palmetto. We value time connecting with one another and forming relationships. Hosting monthly happy hours in different areas allow our agents to spend more time getting to know staff and other agents.
Circle of Excellence
One of our favorite traditions is celebrating our top agents and teams quarterly for lunch. While monthly we highlight agents and teams through social media posts. To yearly award ceremonies.

Food and Coat Drive
In 2023 our agents brought in more than 1100 lbs of donated food and over 300 coats. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Palmetto provided the bags and flyers. Our agents got them out in their neighborhoods, getting to meet neighbors all while helping the community.
Community Involvement
At Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Palmetto, we believe that what makes a great home is a great community. Getting out to local events we are able to connect with the communities around us, while helping grow our business. We provide opportunities throughout the year to sign up for events.
Philanthropy
Global philanthropy is critical for us, and one that focuses on providing a safe and healthy environment is in perfect alignment with our core values and brand positioning. That’s why Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and New Story are teaming up to build families life-changing homes that will offer safety, clean running water, and electricity for generations to come. Conference
An annual, invite-only event for affiliated sales associates and teams achieving Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald Elite or Excellence award status. This event offers a sophisticated learning experience to celebrate and enhance the business of the network’s top tier of affiliated sales associates based on performance.

Fusion is the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate international brand conference that is held every other year for all affiliated brokers, agents, and non-sales staff. This engaging, high-energy event is a hybrid of brand updates, industry insights, education, networking and training designed to spark innovation and support the day-to-day business of our affiliated network.
