Agents with less than 3 closed transactions under their belt join under our Mentor Program. We will count any 3 transactions from your prior brokerage in any MLS, as long as the transactions are recorded in your name. Once you have achieved 3 closed transactions, you will automatically graduate from the Mentor Program.
