Alma Lacefield is a bilingual, fluent Spanish-speaking Realtor proudly serving Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. Born in California and raised in Iowa by Mexican parents, Alma was brought to Charleston as a military wife and has called the Lowcountry home for the past 10 years.
Alma knows firsthand what it feels like to move somewhere new without family nearby, start from zero, and build a life from the ground up. That experience has given her a special heart for those relocating to Charleston and searching for more than just a house they’re looking for community, connection, and a place to call home.
A mom of three, Alma loves working out, cooking, traveling, the beach, staying organized, discovering great food, and being around people who make her laugh.
As a Certified Vetted VA Professional, Alma has a special passion for serving veterans and military families. She also has a deep desire to help her Latino community achieve homeownership, build generational wealth, and feel confident navigating the real estate process especially when language or unfamiliarity with the process can create barriers.
What rewards Alma most is educating and empowering people while building genuine relationships along the way. She believes everyone she encounters should feel welcomed, comfortable, and accepted. Her approach is simple: no judgment, no pressure, just real conversations, honest guidance, and a genuine desire to help.
