Dana recently relocated to the Charleston area in August 2024 after spending 20 years in North Carolina. With her husband finishing his military career, they were ready to start a new chapter. Charleston’s coastal lifestyle, vibrant culture, and outdoor beauty made it the perfect place to call home.

With eight years of real estate experience, Dana brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. She’s served as a buyer specialist, listing agent, and military relocation buyer’s agent. Her experience on both sides of the transaction gives her a deep understanding of the negotiation process and the real estate journey as a whole. Having personally relocated and navigated military moves, Dana knows how stressful and overwhelming the process can be—and she’s here to make it as smooth as possible for her clients.
