Nellie discovered her love for the Low Country while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the College of Charleston. For two years following graduation, she enjoyed teaching rehab exercises and managing a chiropractic office. Although she had an immediate attraction to Charleston, Nellie found her passion for real estate after the purchase of her first townhome in Mount Pleasant.

Since then, Nellie has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 2019, with at least 20 transactions each year. Nellie enjoys focuses on long term goals for her clients - striving to set them up with their personal future financial benefits with every purchase.

Nellie lives an active lifestyle participating in local yoga and workout classes throughout Charleston county. When she’s not working, you can find her out with her dog downtown or on Folly Beach.
